music video monday ~ 36

The movie Frank (Dir. Lenny Abrahamson) from 2014 popped into my head the other day so I had to dive back into it. I recall seeing this in the theaters – and really loving it. It took itself just seriously enough while having Michael Fassbender wearing this at its center:

It's one of those films that could be easily written off, but there's real emotion and a character-driven story at its heart. I do recommend it. The band in the film, The Soronprfbs, actually makes a worthwhile song or two if you want to hear any of them, but I'm going to post the most ridiculous moment from the film today instead. You know, for a laugh.

Bonus video, in case you want to hear the music The Soronprfbs make. They remind me of The Doors kind of, sort of. Especially if I squint my ears some.

indoor animal is curated by a human: Tim Papciak. On Mondays, he shares one link to one music video to help spark creativity in himself and in other creative types. On Thursdays, he recommends a book, movie, show, art piece, or link to some dusty corner of the internet that he believes either 1.) adds to the human experience, or 2.) serves as a coping mechanism in the year 2025. Note: this is not, and never will be, self-help content.
